• Can I take a trial lesson before enrolling?

  Yes! On the “Our Courses” page you’ll see which subjects include a free trial lesson. It usually lasts 15 minutes — enough to meet the teacher and see the teaching style.

• How do I set up my schedule?

  In your personal account, you can use the interactive calendar to book classes. You can choose times each week or set up a fixed schedule. You can also reschedule or cancel lessons there.

• How do I pay for lessons?

  Log into your personal account and purchase a subscription for the subject you want. Prices depend on the course. You can top up or renew anytime directly in your account.

• What if I can’t attend a lesson?

  You can reschedule or cancel your class in the calendar. If something unexpected happens, our manager will contact you to help. Please let us know in advance whenever possible.

• How long is my subscription valid?

  Subscriptions (except for the "4 lessons per month" package) are designed for classes 2 times a week with an additional time reserve. This allows you to study at a comfortable pace and achieve stable progress.
